This website collects nothing by default. No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no cookies. Even the fonts are served from this site — your browser makes no third-party requests at all.

If you use the form, your submission — your email address, and a name or message if you include one — is emailed to us as a notification; we keep no database of form entries. Your IP address is used transiently for spam/abuse protection (rate-limiting and bot verification), not stored in a record.

What we do with it: if you asked to be notified, you get one email when KeepFloat is available. If you wrote to us, we write back. That's the entire list — no newsletter, no sharing, no selling, ever.

Removal: email [email protected] and we'll delete your entry, no questions asked.

The app itself goes further: KeepFloat is local-first software. Self-hosted, your financial data lives in a single database file on your own computer and is never transmitted to us or anyone else — we couldn't see your books if we wanted to. If we host a private copy for you, it runs with its own isolated database and encrypted backups; we don't analyze, share, or sell anything in it, and you can export everything and leave anytime.
